  1. Why TMGrocer?

    TMGrocer is a shopping mobile application platform that specializes in groceries and household items. TMGrocer, also stands for ‘Come Together & Many Choices’, taps into the world of smartphones and play with the use of QR codes.

  2. What is available on TMGrocer?

    TMGrocer has over 15,000 products listed on TMGrocer, ranging from groceries like fresh food and frozen food, household staples, electronics, and gift ideas to unique, collectible art pieces. New products are also being added on a daily basis. These products have been categorized accordingly for your own convenience.

  3. Who can use TMGrocer?

    Anyone with a smartphone (iOS & Android platforms) and everyone who loves shopping.

  4. Why should I use TMGrocer?

    TMGrocer provides convenience for people like you and me, who would like to have their groceries and other daily necessities delivered right at their doorstep. All you have to do is download the app on Google Play Store or Apple Store and start shopping!

  5. How do I place an order?

    Once you’ve downloaded the TMGrocer app, here are the steps on how to place an order:

    1. Register yourself for a TMGrocer account
    2. Start shopping! (Search for product using Search Bar / Browse for items through the Category menu)
    3. Choose your product, check product information and availability, and select product quantity
    4. Proceed to Checkout
    5. Select payment method and enter the coupon code (if any)
    6. Place order to finalize purchase and revise your order summary
    7. Check mailbox for a confirmation email, containing delivery time and date
  6. Can I order without an account?

    At the time being, orders can only be made by registered TMGrocer accounts for security reasons. By signing up with TMGrocer, you are entitled to plenty of amazing and exciting deals!

  7. What happens if my orders are late?

    You can give us a call at +603 6734 8744 or email us at enquiries@tmgrocer.com with the order number as subject. We will get back to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 1-2 working days for a response.

  8. What payment methods do you accept?

    TMGrocer accepts payments made with debit/credit cards via Mastercard, Visa and ManagePay. After making payment, you can sit back and relax and wait for our confirmation of purchase email.

  9. When will I receive my order?

    TMGrocer delivers any time between 9AM to 7PM from Monday to Saturday to areas within Klang Valley. Do bear with us and check back as we expand our delivery areas!

  10. How much does delivery costs?

    Delivery costs is a flat rate of RM10 (Ringgit Malaysia) for Klang Valley and KL. Currently, we only cater to residents in Malaysia.

  11. How is your refund/exchange policy?

    The vendors are expected to refund/replace mistaken products or products with defect within stipulated time. Used items are non-refundable. Please check T&C TMGrocer for more information.

  12. Where can I get coupon codes?

    Visit our website or Facebook page for exciting deals.

  13. How do I use a coupon code?

    The coupon code should be entered during the checkout process.

  14. What if the coupon code is no longer valid?

    You can check the validity of the coupon code on the promotion material. If the coupon code is still invalid, kindly notify us at enquiries@tmgrocer.com so we can carry out the appropriate measures.

  15. I am a small/medium enterprise, interested in listing on TMGrocer. Who do I contact?

  16. How can I earn TPoints?

    For every RM1 spent, Members will be rewarded with 1 TPoint.

  17. What can I do with the TPoints?

    Members can redeem products using TPoints. Each 1 TPoint is equivalent to 1 cent in value.

  18. I made a mistake on my order. Can I change my order details?

    Members may amend their shipping details (Name, Address and Contact Number) by contacting our customer service hotline at +603 6734 8744. However, any orders placed with TPoints cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, exchanged, or cancelled after a purchase unless a product is out of stock or due to system failure.

  19. What is your delivery coverage area?

    Our delivery coverage area is within the Klang Valley area.
